How this Project will help the NGO?

This photo project is an initiative by Chris Rathore for an NGO; Arjita Home, located in Dehradun, India, established in 2006. The NGO has been operating for over 10 years now. The NGO has never approached charity or donations in the past. But due to the ageing interiors and increasing inflation, the NGO is now finding it hard to hire good faculties and maintenance. The NGO deals with children having mental disabilities such as:  Autism, Down Syndrome, Slow Learner, Delayed Milestone, Hearing and Speech Disabilities and Cerebral Palsy.
The NGO currently provides free schooling and free stationary to those who belong to the poor families.
The NGO strives to use the money to hire more faculty, a school bus for children transportation, more free stationary and free schooling for those in need.

What do you get in return for your contribution?

When you contribute your share to the project in terms of money, you get rewards in return such as credits, prints and frames.
These prints/frames will be high quality and from the VRINDA photo project itself. The project aims to capture colorful portraits in Vrindavan, India during the special occasion of Holi festival.

The photos will go further on sale to raise more funds to improve interiors, faculty and study materials.

You can contribute by buying any of the prints from the series.
